A Tech Support Day enables people to bring in their sick computers and have them repaired or updated at no charge. We repair about 80% of all systems on the spot, but if a system needs more work than we can do at the event, the owner gets a coupon for a big discount at our shops.
At one recent event, in San Francisco’s Chinatown, ReliaTech’s technicians repaired nearly 50 computers in a 4-hour period. Dozens of low-income families left the event with the working computers they need for homework, job hunting, and staying in touch with distant family members.
