Every gold Star Certified Renewed Computer is covered by this 90-Day Limited Warranty:
ReliaTech provides a  six (6) month limited warranty on all Gold Star Renewed Computer Systems. Every Gold Star Certified Renewed Computer has passed the 25-point checklist found on the back of this warranty agreement.

A computer system is defined as a laptop or desktop computer (with keyboard and mouse) only. If a monitor is purchased or included with a desktop system, it is also covered by this warranty.

This warranty covers all hardware, the operating system, and ReliaTech-installed software installed within the computer system at the time of purchase. During  the warranty period ReliaTech will repair or replace with the same or better equipment or software any  defective products. Alternatively store credit will be issued equivalent to the value of the defective system or parts.

This warranty does not cover hardware and components purchased in addition to or outside of the purchase of a computer system, from ReliaTech or other vendors.

All computer systems are tested by a ReliaTech customer service representative in the presence of the customer prior to purchase, which the customer acknowledges by signing this form below. If the customer refuses the test, then no warranty will be available for the product.

Merchandise that is inoperative due to manufacturer defect, failed parts, or other reasons other than user-inflicted mage, will be repaired or replaced with equipment of equivalent value at no charge if returned with 6 months of original purchase.

Repair or replacement decisions are the sole discretion of ReliaTech. Returns or repair requests must take place at a ReliaTech retail store.

Warranty Exclusions:

This warranty is void if the computer system software or hardware is tampered with after the customer takes delivery. The customer is explicitly permitted to add expansion parts or software of his/her choosing, but these parts or software are not covered under this warranty, nor is any incidental damage caused by customer-added parts or software covered.

This warranty does not cover cosmetic flaws, laptop batteries, software, software issues occurring from internet connections, installing new software, software crashes, configuring networks, etc.

Problems caused by viruses and spyware are specifically excluded from coverage under this warranty.

This warranty does not cover external causes such as accident, abuse, problems with electrical power, misuse or mishandling of equipment, user-installed parts or  upgrades.

30-Day Return Policy:

Buyer may return merchandise for refund within thirty (30) days of purchase. ReliaTech has the right to refuse the return of any computer system if the system has been tampered with, or if parts are missing or have been replaced.

A 20% restocking fee will apply to all returned merchandise that is not defective. Refunds will be made by check, payable to the original buyer noted below, and placed in the mail no later than 10 working days from date of return. If payment was made by credit or debit card the refund only will be refunded to the same card.

This warranty description provides the full and complete warranty for all Gold Star Certified Renewed Computers supplied by Relia­Tech. No other warranty is expressed or implied.
