ReliaTech's great service would be impossible without a great staff.
In addition to many interns - students at the Stride Center who get on-the-job training at ReliaTech - this is the team that takes pride in providing excellent service to you.

Ben Delaney, CEOBen Delaney  CEO
Ben has over 30 years of marketing and business leadership experience, mostly in high-tech industries. He founded ComputerHelp, a small computer service company, in 1982, and has been involved in many cutting edge technologies since them. His company, CyberEdge Information Services, provided marketing and market intelligence to the advanced graphics and virtual reality industries for 15 years. Ben most recently was the Director of Marketing and Communications for a San Francisco-based, nonprofit school reform organization.
Ben enjoys working with the great team at ReliaTech and the Stride Center and helping to bring good computers and service to underserved communities in the Bay Area.

Nick GraybarNick Grabar  Technical Support Specialist
Nick first took his first class at the Stride Center (then Street Tech) in 2006, earning his A+. Since then, in subsequent classes, he has also earned MCDST and Network+ certifications.
Nick has been with ReliaTech since 2004. He enjoys gaining solid work experience and meeting a variety of people.

Thee JanetvilayThee Janetvilay  Technical Support Specialist
Thee graduated in Spring of 2003 from Heald College, with Associates degree in Applied Science (AAS). However, it wasn't until he enrolled at the Stride Center (then Street Tech) that he really felt comfortable working on computers. He graduated from Street Tech in December 2003 and is A+ certified.
Thee loves working at ReliaTech because it's close to home and because working at ReliaTech enables him to give back to his community by providing a low-fee, yet reliable, computer service. Thee is part of our founding team - he has been with ReliaTech since day one.

Cliff Lewis, Refubishing ManagerClifford Lewis Refurbishing Manager
Cliff has years of customer service experience, and in-depth knowledge of recycling and refurbishing. He heads up our growing refurbishing operations, and is responsible for obtaining donations, as well as managing refurbishing operations, and logistics. Cliff is a graduate of the Stride Center and holds an A+ certification as well as an Associates Degree in Business Administration. Cliff lives in Richmond with his family, and is excited about helping low-income families get the good computers they need to succeed in school and work.

Xiaohui Ma  Technical Support Specialist
Xiao attended The Stride Center in 2009, graduated with A+ and MCDST Certifications. He is now working on his Network+ requirements. Xiao loves working at ReliaTech because he is gaining hands-on experience while having a great time. You will most often find Xiao in our San Francisco store.

Interns
At any time, ReliaTech has five or more interns, students of the Stride Center who are earning some money and learning more about the actual day-to-day work of a computer technician.
