Our vision is to be a successful, growing business that helps low-income communities advance by providing low-cost, high quality computer service and equipment in the neighborhoods most in need of it. By providing these services and products, ReliaTech supports the Stride Center’s mission of reducing poverty and creating well-paid jobs in low-income communities.
ReliaTech is a leading provider of high quality, affordable computer support services and Gold Star Certified Renewed Computers for consumers, small businesses, and nonprofit organizations throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. ReliaTech’s services include on-site dispatched technical support to residential consumers and small businesses, managed service for small and medium-sized organizations, and walk-in computer repair service at our three locations.
ReliaTech is also a major refurbisher of computers, helping the environment by diverting usable equipment and recycling equipment that is at the end of life. Our Gold Star Certified Renewed Computers go to low-income individuals, schools, churches, senior centers and other nonprofit organizations around the Bay Area. And our refurbishing operation provides work for Stride Center students, who receive valuable training and experience while contributing to the environment and the community.
ReliaTech is the social venture of the Stride Center (formerly Street Tech), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. The Stride Center provides technical training and workforce development in low income communities of Contra Costa, San Francsico, and Alameda Counties. ReliaTech provides on-the-job, hands-on technology training, a transition path into the technology field, and employment for Stride Center graduates. Ultimately, the ReliaTech social venture is designed to enhance The Stride Center’s impact within the community and provide a sustainable and growing source of income for The Stride Center programs.
