The Importance of Certification
Every ReliaTech technical support Specialist is certified as an expert in at least one area. These certifications are nationally recognized badges of excellence that only the best computer technicians are authorized to display. ReliaTech’s technicians’ certifications help you know that your computer will be worked on by a qualified technician who has passed rigorous testing to receive one or more certifications. Our certified technicians enable us to provide our famous “no fix, no fee!” guarantee and our 90-day warranty on all Gold Star Certified Renewed Computers.
We are proud to be an officially authorized CompTIA Service Center.

Here are some of the certifications ReliaTech and our technicians have earned:
CompTIA A+® Certification
CompTIA A+ certification validates the latest skills needed by
today's computer support professionals. It is an international,
vendor-neutral certification recognized by major hardware and
software vendors, distributors and resellers. CompTIA A+ confirms
a technician's ability to perform tasks such as installation,
configuration, diagnosing, preventive maintenance and basic networking.
The exams also cover domains such as security, safety and environmental
issues and communication and professionalism.
CompTIA Network+® Certification
CompTIA Network+ validates the knowledge and skills of networking
professionals. It is an international, vendor-neutral certification
that recognizes a technician's ability to describe the features
and functions of networking components and to install, configure
and troubleshoot basic networking hardware, protocols and services.
Microsoft Certified Desktop
Support Technician (MCDST)
Holders of this certification have demonstrated that they possess
the technical expertise to successfully support end-users and
to successfully troubleshoot desktop environments that are running
the Microsoft Windows operating system.

Microsoft Certified
Professional (MCP)
Denotes technicians who have the skills to successfully implement
a Microsoft product or technology as part of a business solution
in an organization.

Microsoft Registered Refurbisher
The Microsoft Registered Refurbisher program
enables refurbishers to supply PCs preinstalled
with genuine Microsoft software to businesses,
schools, nonprofit organizations, government
programs, and other eligible customers.
Refurbishers that are part of this program
are required to comply with a set of responsible
practices, including erasing data properly.
The Microsoft Registered Refurbisher program was created to increase the number of usable PCs available to nonprofits, schools, and low-income families across the globe by reducing the cost of software to refurbishers. The Microsoft Registered Refurbisher program also benefits the environment by giving new life to a significant number of computers that may otherwise be destined for landfills.
