About ReliaTech

ReliaTech is a leading provider of high quality, professional and affordable computer repair service and Gold Star Certified Renewed Computers for consumers, small businesses, and nonprofit organizations throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. ReliaTech’s services include on-site dispatched technical support to residential consumers and small businesses, managed service for small and medium-sized businesses, and walk-in computer repair service at our three locations.

ReliaTech is also a major refurbisher of computers, helping the environment by diverting usable equipment and recycling equipment that is at the end of life. Our refurbished computers go to low-income individuals, schools, churches, senior centers and other nonprofit organizations around the Bay Area. And our refurbishing operation provides work for Stride Center students, who receive valuable training and experience while contributing to the environment and the community.

ReliaTech is the social venture of The Stride Center (www.stridecenter.org, formerly Street Tech), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. ReliaTech provides on-the-job, hands-on technology training, a transition path into the technology field, and employment for many Stride Center graduates. Ultimately, the ReliaTech social enterprise is designed to enhance The Stride Center’s impact within the community and provide a sustainable and growing source of income for The Stride Center programs.

ReliaTech serves these Bay Area cities: Alameda, Albany, Belvedere, Berkeley, Brisbane, Colma, Corte Madera, Crockett, Daly City, El Cerrito, El Sobrante, Emeryville, Greenbrea, Hayward, Hercules, Lafayette, Larkspur, Kensington, Kentfield, Marin City, Mill Valley, Moraga, Oakland, Orinda, Piedmont, Pinole, Richmond, Rodeo, Ross, San Anselmo, San Francisco, San Leandro, San Lorenzo, San Pablo, San Rafael, Sausalito, South San Francisco, Tiburon, Treasure Island.

About Refurbished Computers

Part of ReliaTech’s program is refurbishing computers. These machines, which are put through a rigorous 18-step process, are then distributed to low-income individual, schoolchildren, churches, schools, senior centers and other institutions in our community. We rely on local individuals and companies to help us with this program by donating their out-of-service computers and computer-related equipment.

Click here for more information on donating your unneeded equipment.

Refurbished computers are provided to individuals, families, small businesses, and nonprofit organizations. We make a positive impact in our community by providing great computers at remarkably low cost. Because ReliaTech is the nonprofit social enterprise of The Stride Center our efforts directly help the communities where we work.
